"This villa has the potential to be very good if a small refurbishment is carried out. Therer is aircon in all bedrooms and the livingroom which is great however some wardrobes etc in the rooms need replaced as doors were held closed by weding paper in the gaps. The slats on the single beds had been broken and an attempt at repairing by weaving the slats together carried out. The downstairs twin has a problem with cockroaches and traps in the cupboard confirmed the owners are aware, there is also...

"It has been a pleasure to stay in this property. Nice pool, good location away from busy places but quite close to all nice places. Need of car to move around. I would definitely recommend to stay here. "

"Pros: Huset havde alt det vi havde brug for. + med aircondition i alle rum. Moderniseret og lyst indvendigt og lækkert udendørs område, hvor vi tilbragte meget af tiden. Værten var meget flink og var god til at spørge, om alt var okay. Cons: Porten ud til vejen kunne med fordel udskiftes til en automatisk."

"Tolo is a very kind and welcoming person. Helpful and responds immediately. But dont expect the very small garden to be of any use. It is useless because it is totally overgrown and has a much too big tree in the middle with foliage thar blocks both sun and view from the lover terrace. It probably happened little by little so noone noticed it. But the picture with two sunloungers in the sun is unfortunately not corresponding with actual conditions 😓"

"A great place for a family of five, location is near perfect with easy access to sea, Palma, supermarket, tennis and golf. Clean and ship shape villa. Have used Mallorcahome several times, with no trouble."
