  • The property is a 75 m² apartment with a 20 m² terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the second floor and includes private parking. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the town centre, shops, beaches, and the port of Calvi. Property Description: Large living room with air conditioning, beautiful open-plan kitchen (American style), lounge with sofa, two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), only one of which has air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. INFORMATION: The client must contact the owner by message to indicate the arrival time at least 48 hours before the arrival date. The keys will be handed over in person after the inventory of fixtures has been completed. Cleaning is mandatory at a rate of 75 euros per stay.
    Linen is available at an extra cost upon request (30 euros per room)
    These services are payable in cash upon arrival.
