small house with pool located in the heart of the old neighborhoods of Calvi .situation excellent 5 minutes of rocks on foot and the beach.
a few steps from all shops shops restaurants banks bar harbor church and citadel.
very pleasant for children for sea sports, bike, motorcycle, everything can be done without a car.
the building is completely renovated it is the 1930s
