Maisonnette d'une chambre "Bambou" avec jardin - 2 à 4 personnes

This 30 m² air-conditioned, independent holiday home (a party wall) not overlooked has a separate air-conditioned bedroom and a bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The 160 cm bed is of superior quality (Épeda Starlight 25cm pocket spring mattress ****).

The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
A private washing machine is available free of charge (detergent and fabric softener are not provided).



The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, gas hob, hood, refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, numerous kitchen utensils. A free washing machine with open access is available 30 meters from the house.

A travel cot and a baby chair are available in the accommodation.

You can enjoy a large private garden with trees, flowers, very well maintained (lawn), 2 luxury deckchairs****, terrace with plant pergola and barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor holidays.

Located in a small family holiday residence of thirteen accommodations, 5 km from the town center of Calvi, and 3 km from beautiful fine sandy beaches.

The location is ideal for visiting Calvi and Balagne, one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica. You will not need to cross an urban center to enjoy the majority of centers of interest (so almost no traffic!) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (dozen beaches within 10km), towards hiking trails, natural river swimming pools, picturesque villages and the wine and artisan route...

The atmosphere is calm and family.
