  • 50 m² apartment near the center and beach, located in an elegant, quiet area of Calvi. The accommodation is air-conditioned, brand new, and well furnished. It features a large 26 m² covered terrace with views of the Citadel, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and another with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined to form a double. The spacious living room has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and double sofa bed. The bathroom has a window.



    The terrace is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a large wooden table, and chairs. All furniture is new and high quality. The bedroom mattresses are excellent and protected by two mattress covers. A parking space is available.
