Villa "Les Frères de la Côte," classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation (N° C948/2024). This privately owned villa is occupied the rest of the year except during the summer.

The villa faces south, and its numerous bay windows flood the interior with light and nature.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned.

Master suite upstairs: queen-size bed, bathroom with shower/toilet, desk, balcony with views of the highest mountain range in Corsica, the sea, and the countryside.

Bedroom 2: ground floor, queen-size bed with terrace, mountain and countryside views, large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Ground floor with two single 90cm pull-out beds that can be converted into four single 90cm beds. Large wardrobe. Mountain and countryside views. Terrace.

For babies: Travel cot, mattress, sheets, blanket, mattress protector, high chair, baby cutlery, bath towel.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

Large garden: Petanque court, swing, and slide. Ideal rental for children.

Electric gate enclosing the property.

Swimming pool (11 x 7 x 1.20m), alarm, large wooden deck with a shaded area under the trees. Liner replaced in 2022 (grey). Water temperature between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius. Outdoor shower.

Very quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from the main beach of Calvi, beach bars, train station, and all shops.

It is possible to rent a mobile home if you arrive before your rental date at a campsite 400m from the villa (swimming pool, water slide, self-service restaurant, etc.), or after your rental period if you need accommodation before leaving Calvi. Please contact the campsite in advance so the owner can put you in touch with them.
