Enjoying a privileged location, this T2 apartment of 35 m2 provides a feeling of well-being. A terrace provides a superb panorama of the citadel of Calvi.

It can accommodate 2 people, with a bedroom with a 140 bed with its large closet.

The living area includes a kitchen area, a living room with a TV and a dining area.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Strand, Innenstadt und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr gut ist der zugehörige Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof. Die Straße vor dem Haus bringt natürlich Verkehrsgeräusche mit sich, aber die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon entschädigen
