This air-conditioned flat consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and washing machine, and 2 bathrooms, one with shower. There is a small auxiliary room, which can be used as a storage room (there are beach chairs and towels), . Its lovely terrace offers the possibility to have breakfast in the mornings and fresh air in the evenings. The supermarket is 60 metres away, and in the surrounding area there are a variety of fashionable shops and restaurants to suit all tastes (fresh fish, meat, rice, pizzerias ....).
