The villa consists of three independent accommodations:



The first apartment, located on the upper level, features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, both with shower.



The second apartment is the main one and is distributed over two floors. It contains the villa’s common areas, including the kitchen, living room, dining area and terrace. It also offers two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower, providing a spacious and comfortable area for group living.



The third apartment is located on the lower level and includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower.



All apartments have independent access and all bathrooms in the property are equipped with showers. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.



Outside, the villa offers an attractive communal area with a private kidney-shaped swimming pool measuring 9x4 metres, equipped with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The spacious plot also features a pleasant terrace, a summer kitchen with barbecue and griddle, a minibar-style bar area, several garden areas with outdoor furniture for relaxation, and a pétanque court. Parking is available within the plot for up to five vehicles.



The property is located in a very quiet area while still being close to all amenities. The centre of Calpe and its services are 900 metres away, and the nearest sandy beach is 1.6 km away.
