  • Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all distributed on a single floor. Air conditioning throughout the villa, wifi, pool area with plenty of privacy. No smoking inside the Ray villa.



    INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with TV (Spanish channels) as well as Internet. Beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The villa has two bedrooms with two single beds each. The third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. In addition, there is an independent bathroom with shower.



    EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant area around the 7x4 metre pool (with minimum depth of 1.05 metres and maximum of 1.65 metres), equipped with Roman steps. It features a brick barbecue and a spacious covered terrace in the solarium, as well as 2 parking spaces for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.



    LOCATION: The villa is strategically located in a privileged area of Calpe for its peaceful setting and proximity to everything. Just 4 minutes by car from Fossa beach (1.4 km), 500 m from the first restaurant, Mercadona supermarket just 1 km away. Calpe town centre with all its services 2.5 km away.



    OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this charming corner of the Costa Blanca.
