Upon entering this magnificent villa, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV and access to a covered terrace next to the pool. The open kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker and dishwasher, also offers access to the covered terrace. Two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, while a large bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is another bedroom with a double bed and two independent bathrooms with shower trays.







The exterior of the villa stands out for a pleasant area with a 10x5 meter pool, equipped with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. You will also find an outside bathroom and a covered built-in barbecue, where the washing machine is located. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot adds convenience to your stay.
