    INSIDE:



    The GROUND FLOOR welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room, equipped with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace that offers stunning views of the sea. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas stove, becomes the perfect place to delight your culinary skills. Two cozy bedrooms with double beds, one of them with a ceiling fan, offer you peace of mind. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while there is another separate bathroom with a shower for added comfort. The UPPER FLOOR remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period.







    ABROAD:



    Enjoy stunning sea views from the private 9x4 meter pool, which features Roman stairs, metal access and a refreshing outdoor shower. A covered terrace and portable barbecue invite you to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. Parking on the same plot offers space for two vehicles.

    This villa is strategically located in an urbanization close to the sea and all services, ideal for doing away with the car. Just 500 meters away, you will find the nearest restaurant and supermarket, and 1.4 km away, the sandy beach awaits you to enjoy the sun and the sea.
