Interior



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/TDT TV. The villa has two kitchens: one on each floor. The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge, whilst the one on the ground floor has a gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Located in the "Calalga" urbanisation, the villa is very close to the beaches and all services. The sea is only 550 metres away, and the sandy beach, along with restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.3 km from the property.
