Nice, well equipped apartment with large terrace. It was well cleaned when we arrived, and we were met with a service minded representative for the host within 2 hours of our arrival. Good check-in explanation. Located within 3 minutes walking distance from the building to the beach. Nothing more to say, really, we enjoyed the stay very much 😊

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé au centre de Calp. La description de la location est conforme aux photos, elle est très propre et bien entretenue. Le gros "plus" est la place de parking qui nous est allouée vue la difficulté de se garer en plein été et qui permet ainsi de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pieds. Un grand merci à Christophe pour avoir suivi avec grand soin notre dossier, pour nous avoir donné toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Un grand merci également à Maria, pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son sourire, sa disponibilité. Je recommande les yeux fermés cette location. Non seulement vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous, mais en plus votre dossier sera suivi avec un vrai professionnalisme.

Appartement à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et de l'avenue Miro.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Calpe. L'appartement correspond au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé à 200m de la plage et de l'avenue Miro où se trouvent toutes les boutiques et à proximité des restaurants. La vue sur le penon et la mer est très appréciable.

Ferieboligen var perfekt , dejlig udsigt og en vidunderlig terrasse
Perfekt fremvisning af boligen en varm velkomst af Maria . Christophe kom dagen efter og bød os velkommen , et par småting som vi ikke var helt tilfredse med blev omgående ordnet . Vi havde 42 dage en vidunderlig ferie alt i gåafstand fra lejligheden , kunne sagtens havde undladt bilen . En lejlighed vi gerne vender tilbage til , det eneste vi manglede var en appelsinpresser og en kaffemaskine .Takker for et vidunderlig ophold .

Be warned...!
Ok let’s start with the good stuff about this apartment.
Well the position in Calp is great, easy walking distance to the beach one way and easy walking to shops and restaurants the other way. The wrap around sun terrace is massive and gets the sun all day on one side or the other.
That was it for the good stuff now the negatives of which we can break down to three main issues.
Number one the apartment and everything in it is very tired, the outside furniture on the sun terrace is newer and much better than the inside furniture which is to say the least shabby. The curtains and throw over the settee are old and stained, with what heaven only knows. The towels and bed linen are grey, stained and old. The hot water tank only gets to a third of its maximum temperature as indicated by its temperature gauge, therefore it is impossible for two people to have hot showers one after the other even if the first person only spends two minutes in there. The satellite TV is a mess, a bunch of cables on the floor behind the TV. When you eventually do get it plugged together you will find there are no English language channels.
Number two the apartment is filthy, it has not been cleaned properly in a long time. Work surfaces dirty; bath dirty; plug hole clogged with indescribable detritus; fat globules dripping from the cooker hood; the floor has not been cleaned in millennia; all the kitchen utensils are old and embedded with dirt.
Number three the apartment smells. Having renovated countless properties over thirty years I know the smell well. It’s a combination of stale cooking fat, cigarette smoke and general buildup of dirt and dust that has penetrated every fabric in the entire apartment.
We booked ten nights and only stayed for four - a mistake to have even stayed for that long. We left without discussing the issues with Christophe and not expecting a refund as our view is that any owner or lettings manager offering a property for rental in this condition shows a lack of professionalism and has no respect for their clients; we would have no confidence in any alternatives that could be offered. We advised Christophe to keep our full payment for the ten days and use it to clean up the apartment before his next unsuspecting guests arrived. In a later email exchange Christophe expressed his wish to have discussed the situation with us before we left and to have offered some alternatives. Christophe subsequently refunded the full amount paid.

In spite of the worst weather the area had had In 100 years we had a great time in the month there.
Property exactly as advertised. Huge terrace with sun all day. The TV had hardly any English channels and the DVD didn't work until the owner replaced it, but that wasn't for 2 weeks. This wouldn't have mattered so much if we hadn't had a week of storms! Other than that the property was great. Excellent location and the four of us had plenty of space. Great terrace for my daily tai chi! Can recommend.

Sehr zentral und mit Charme!
Das Appartment war genauso, wie man es auf den Bildern gesehen hat. Die Dachterasse (den ganzen Tag sonnig) hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht. Das Mobiliar ist schon älter, insbesonderer die Kücheneinrichtung, aber die Wohnung hat dennoch, durch diesen zentralen und zur Terasse geöffneten Wohnraum viel Charme. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort, es war tolles Wetter. Auch im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen in dieser Dachwohnung zu verweilen, da die Zimmer alle gut quergelüftet werden können. Toll ist es, dass zu diesem Appartment auch ein Garagenstellplatz gehört. Der ist allerdings gute. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ist aber ein schöner Weg. Ganz besonders herausheben möchte ich den sehr herzlichen Empfang und ich war mir sicher, dass falls es Probleme gegeben hätte, wir jederzeit auf sie hätten zugehen können.
Es gab nur 4 von 5 Sternen, da die Ausstattung schon etwas abgenutzt war, dafür ist die Wohnung aber auch nicht teuer!

15 jours de vacances rèussis,très beau temps,chaleur,eau à 28 degrès,ville très agrèable,propre,habitants très accueillants,restaurants bons et pas chers.
L'appartement spacieux,fonctionnel,la climatisation très appréciable,avec une grande terrasse ou on a une vue sur deux endroits diffèrent sur la mer.Parking très appréciable.Un grand MERCI á Maria pour son accueil, sa disponibilitè et surtout sa gentillesse.Nous reviendrons.

vacances réussites
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
L'accueil de Maria super, un logement idéalement placé conforme aux photos super ventilé
2minutes de la plage proche de tout. le garage indispensable est vraiment un plus.
pas besoin de voiture un fois arrivée.
Les alentours sont propres, super station balnéaire pour tout types de vacanciers.

SUPER VACANCES
Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances magnifiques.
le logement est très bien bien ventilé, très agréable. Forcement avec des ados le wifi était primordial, une super connexion sans aucun soucis.
La voiture a trouve sa place au garage on a tout sur place donc la voiture est restée au frais.
la plage est vraiment tout prêt, un petit restaurant tenu par un français super sympa.

Lovely apartment, great terrace ideal location if you want to be close to town and beach.
Had a fab week ideally located for beach and town. Only criticism no beach chairs but it wouldn't put us off booking again. Just one tip , don't go when any football on e.g. Euros or World Cup the locals and tourist go wide.

Well situated, wonderful balcony, gets the sun all
Calpe is beautiful and we would love to be able to live there. Plenty to do in the Winter, lots of shops and restaurants open. Beautiful clean beach. Lovely promenade. We stayed 2 Months and wanted to stay longer.

excellant service and value for money spotlessly clean central location for beach, shops, bus and train Christophes staff friendly and helpful. We immediately booked again on return.
Deposit was by bank transfer, balance paid in cash on arrival and no additional cleaning or heating charge. Would, and have recommended to friends.

Лучшее соотношение цена/качество в Кальпе
Второй год подряд останавливаемся в этих апартаментах - близко от пляжа, очень большая терраса, все необходимое оборудование есть и в рабочем состоянии. Владелец очень отзывчивый и обязательный, постоянно доступен по мобильной связи. Все пожелания и просьбы пытается удовлетворить по максимуму. К апартаментам прилагается место на крытой парковке (10 минут пешком). Очень рекомендую!

Ubicación idonea, limpieza justita
"Realmente el primer día que accedimos al apartamento quedamos asombrados con la ubicación y con las vistas. Una vez dentro vimos que habia bastante suciedad:
1. Encimera pegajosa.
2. Suelo lleno de arena de playa y sucio.
3. Ventiladores repletos de polvo, imposible ponerlos en marcha.
4. La bañera no tragaba agua
5. Toldos y una de las sillas del comedor rotas.
6. 2 luces del salón no funcionaban.
7. Sofá lleno de arena.
Tuvimos que perder toda la mañana en comprar desatascador, lejía y limpiar nosotros.
Tras quejarnos al propietario y a la chica que se encarga de darnos las llaves por la tarde a las 17:00 vino una chica a limpiar 1h y 30 minutos, he de decir que lo dejó impecable.
La estancia los 7 dias restantes fue una delicia.
Hay un DIA cerca para comprar. La playa al lado, no cubre esencial para niños.
A 2Kms hacen unas maricadas que OLEEE.
Vistas al mar y al peñon de Ifach.
Si realmente el propietario pone firmes a la chicas que le limpian el apartamento y él se encarga de arreglar estos desperfectos merece la pena ir.
Por eso os aconsejo que cuando vayais a reservar, preguntar por estas cosas que os digo antes.
La limpieza es muy importante, no es barato y al cliente hay que tenerlo siempre contento.

The description and photo...
The description and photos are 100% true. The flat is very near to the beach as well as to restaurants and shops, bus and touristic stops. There is Saturday’s market in 10 minutes foot walk. Nice cafeteria and bakery Flandes with free Wi-Fi is on the 1st floor.
Terrace is really huge and sunny. The property was clean, well-equipped and maintained, fully accessible for wheelchairs. Parking is also can be obtained upon request.
We had no problems with the owner – Christophe is very helpful and answered very quickly to all requests.
Also please do not forget that there are many thematic parks in 25km zone near Calpe (near Benidorm) – Terra Mitica (luna park), Mundomar(very nice place with dolphin, parrots and sea lions show), Terra Natura (ZOO), Aqualandia (aquapark).
