Beachfront Apartment with Sea Views, Pool, Garden & Wi-Fi

The 'Beachfront' holiday apartment is located in Calpe, just steps from the beach, and offers stunning sea views. It features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests. One additional person can stay upon request and for an extra fee.



Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, and air conditioning are included. There is a smart TV, and you can request extra channels. The apartment has electric blinds.



The private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. You also have access to communal areas such as a fenced pool, jacuzzi, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The apartment is right by the sea and promenade, within walking distance of the town, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.



The building has an elevator and step-free access throughout. Recycling rules apply; more information is available at the property. Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. And is was just Wonderfull. Before and even during our stay there was excellent communication with Anouk and Gena Lee. The whole apartment was clean and tidy. A comfortable bed, a gorgeous terras with the best view, good shower, great TV and internet access, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, …. An apartment that is more than fully equipped, just everything you need for a fantastic vacation. You can’t go wrong with this apartment! Beside the nice, clean and comfortable apartment, the whole building is super tidy. Elevator, swimming pool, hallways,… are cleaned daily by the super friendly concierge. It was not our first holiday in Calpe but it was the best apartment we ever had. For us a piece of paradise under the Spanish sun.

Pros: We were met at the property by Anouk and Gordon, who kindly showed us around and explained where everything was. The apartment is beautifully furnished in modern style and decorated to high standards. The whole apartment and building were very clean. It has fantastic views of the beach and sea, and the balcony gives the perfect view of sunsets at night. The apartment is very well equipped and even has kitchen essentials like foil, dishwasher tablets etc, which saves having to stock up on arrival. As it was winter we didn’t use the outside pool, but I can say it looked very clean and inviting. We chose to pay an extra fee to use the apartment block parking, which is secure and very convenient, so worthwhile if you have a car. Overall we loved the apartment and it’s location and would not hesitate to rebook this place when we return to Calpe.

Pros: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment. Anouk has been very helpful from start to finish, couldn't ask for anything more. We were met at the apartment on arrival and was shown round and advise was there if required on places to visit during our stay. We had a car so we hired the secure parking space which was great and convenient. The apartment is very spacious and is fully equipped with everything you may need. The rooms were all spotlessly clean and the decor and furnishings are modern. Just as in the photos. I stayed here with my partner and teenage daughter. We all thought the accommodation was superb as is the location. The beach access just across the paseo is fabulous. We particularly enjoyed the views from the terrace, fantastic sunset across the sea. This was our first time in Calpe and we really enjoyed the town and the apartment. We will definitely be back.

Pros: What an amazing place ! This was our first time to Calpe so had no real ideas about the place. Sometimes you take a chance and try something new, and must admit: no regrets. The area is very nice, beach is super clean and you hardly see any waste anywhere. But the apt. is something very special. So unique placed at the front beach, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Unless you want to explore the areas outside the city there is no need for a car. The pool and the cleanliness of the whole building was amazing. The apt. is so well equipped and cannot think of anything that we were missing. Everything was super clean and the view from the balcony over the bay hardly gets any better anywhere. Last but no least: THE PROPERTY OWNER. We have rented quite a few apt. in southern Europe over the years, but has never ever experienced such a warm welcome. Anouk and her daughter were waiting for us in the apt. when we arrived. And ofcourse the champagne was well chilled in the fridge !!! So, Anouk, Gena Lee and Gordon - THANKS ALOT ! You really know how to run your business. For sure we could add more superlatives, but as we intend to go back next year, we do not want to be in the back of the que ... (maybe we already are) !

Pros: If you want to live well and centrally in Calpe with your family with a nice balcony and pool (which is not overrun in the high season) then this apartment is perfect. Arrival and departure time is flexible, especially if you book well in advance. The apartment is light and very clean. The air conditioner works optimally in all rooms. The 2 bedrooms can be darkened and there is no noise or noise at night. The beds are good. The kitchen is equipped with many different utensils. Everything works as it should. There is a lot of care on the apartment and also the property itself. For daily use, there is a property manager who looks after the area. Everything is kept very clean. The owner / landlord Anouk (and her husband Gordon) who accepts you the first day are very friendly and helpful, both prior to arrival per text message and during the stay if you need advice for sights or even needed. They know the area and know what is happening. Communication is very nice. There is room for 4 people. Only small minus is The kitchen could perhaps be a little larger if you are the people who are very much in the fun of cooking together. On the balcony you can sit 8 people and eat together From us. Pros: My friends and I had an amazing time, I'm normally not the type of person to write reviews but in this case Anouk and Gordon really deserve it ! When we arrived we got a personal tour by Anouk, we received the keys and she also explained everything about how to get the international TV. There was a little surprise for us in the fridge, they left us a bottle of bubbly Cava, a few beers and a bottle of water (which was nice after a long flight and considering that the water from the taps is not drinkable). Everything was incredibly clean. I'm sometimes afraid when I book something online, that the bathrooms wouldn't be so clean, but in this case, it was perfect. Shiny walls, a good smell, no fungus and best of all... the clean mirrors. For the bedrooms, we noticed that the sheets where very clean. Also, I have a bad back so I was pleased when I noticed that they were thick mattresses and comfy pillows. I also loved the location, it made it possible to do everything by foot. The owner told me that for a very low price you could have their private parking downstair. The apartment has a wide balcony with beach view where we could eat in peace protected from the sun. At night when we chilled in the living room and we closed the windows, there was no noise considering that the apartment is next to the beach. Then for the pool! I noticed that the pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and had a good temperature. So I can only give this accommodation a 10/10, we had a really fun and pleasant stay so a big thank you to Anouk and Gordon !

Pros: We've definitely found a catch here! This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in in Calpe, and we have been coming to Calpe now for nearly 15 years. Anouk was so efficient at organising the rental and providing me with as much detail as possible prior to our stay. Travelling with little ones always makes it a little more stressful but we really had no worries here. Upon arrival at the apartment, Anouk and Gordon met us and welcomed us into Porto Azul, showing us round and advising where we could find things. There was a bottle of water in the fridge and some bubbly which was hugely welcomed and something which we had never experienced before with our other rentals. It's definitely the finer details that count! The standard and cleanliness of the apartment was second to none. Having little ones (and at the time my little girl was crawling) means that cleanliness and hygiene play an important role. I cannot fault it one bit. It really was like being home from home! Anouk and Gordon were always on hand should we have needed anything and we were very grateful for that. They met us on our departure and even gave us a hand getting into the taxi....2 kids and a lot of baggage! I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Aside from my comments on the apartment itself, it really is in a prime location; right on the beach front (so you also get the nice sea breeze) and the pool and gardens are lovely. We loved it so much that we have already booked for next year - and this time, for slightly longer! We can't wait. Thanks again so much Anouk and Gordon!

Pros: Appartement spacieux, idéalement placé permettant un accès à pied en toute tranquilité aux restaurants, plage, commerces, jetée, bar, activités ... Appartement meublé avec goût et matériaux de qualité, tout équipé (et rien ne manque!), on s'y sent comme à la maison. Vue magnifique sur la plage dont il est impossible de se lasser. Résidence de standing très bien entretenue (Concierge très actif, à l'écoute des résidents et toujours souriant) sécurisée et bien fréquentée. Piscine très agréable et non surpeuplée malgré la période estivale (Août) ou nous avons passée 15 jours. Nous étions souvent les seuls à nous baigner et profiter des transats. L'accueil d'Anouk et Gordon a été très chaleureux et leur conseils précieux. Toujours à l'écoute et attentif à notre famille, en agrémentant le logement de jeux adaptés pour nos enfants. La découverte de vin pétillant et d'eau fraîche dans le logement à notre arrivée après une très longue route a été très apprécié. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème l’appartement et la ville de Calpe qui est un lieu ou les familles trouveront leur bonheur. Il est évident que nous reviendrons.

Pros: Forud for vores ankomst havde vi fin kommunikation med Anouk, som tog imod os ved ankomst. Vi fik grundig rundvisning og diverse tips og tricks til ejendommen og området. Lejligheden var helt perfekt, pæn, stilet og frem for alt meget ren :-) Fra terrassen er der fantastisk udsigt til vanden og promenadelivet nedenfor. Lejligheden ligger ideelt mellem Calpe Marina og Calpe Old town med restauranter og gode indkøbsmuligheder indenfor få meter. De varmeste anbefalinger af lejligheden og af udlejer herfra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Poto Azul is een zeer mooi appartement met een geweldige ligging ten opzichte van de zon het strand en de boulevard. De eigenaren Anouk en Gordon zijn zeer begaan met alles en helpen je aan alle kanten om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niks in het appartement en is luxueus ingericht met alles erop en eraan met heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamers. Wij hebben hier een geweldig verblijf gehad in januari en februari om te overwinteren. Wanneer we besluiten om nog eens naar Calpe te gaan zullen we zeker informeren naar de mogelijkheid om dit weer te huren. Henk en Mendiena

Pros: Imaginez, vous vous levez le matin, vous allez sur la terrasse voir si la mer....est toujours là. Le maillot, la serviette, et vous descendez nager quelques brasses. Retour sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Donc situation idéale. Parfaitement équipé et adapté pour famille ou amis. La propriétaire nous attendait à la porte du parking sécurisé, bien utile en période estivale. Elle contrôle tout avant notre emménagement, et tout est impeccable. Nous sommes au bord du paseo et de nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied. Nous souhaitons beaucoup de plaisir à ceux qui vont nous succéder.
