The apartment is situated on the first line of the beach. It has a nice terrace with sea views.

The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...

It has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

Nice double room apartment

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms We came from apartment 22A and the kitchen was bigger. Here in 22C the kitchen was smaller. that was pity.

La verdad es que hemos pasado unos días en Semana Santa muy agradables. Ya reservamos en Verano con Calpe-rent, y fue todo fenomenal, por lo que ahora hemos repetido. La gestión, información, y reserva, fue rapidísima. El apartamento, tal y como se mostraba en las fotos, muy limpio, y en primera línea de playa. Como anécdota, comentar, que faltaba secador de pelo, y fuimos a la agencia, y nos lo proporcionaron, en el acto. TODO EXCELENTE. Dotar de lavaplatos, al apto. Devolver antes la fianza.
