Villa Vista is a beautiful Mediterranean-style holiday home and the perfect getaway in Calpe. Located just 270 meters from the beach, it offers spectacular sea views, including the iconic Peñón de Ifach. The villa provides plenty of privacy while still being only a short walk from bars, restaurants, and shops. The popular Les Bassetes beach — with its diving center and various water sports — is less than 1 km away, making it an ideal choice for guests who love the coast.



Designed for outdoor living and relaxation, Villa Vista features a private 10x4 meter pool, comfortable sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The covered naya with a lounge area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the gas barbecue makes outdoor cooking easy. The upper terrace offers fantastic sea views along with several seating areas and sunbeds.



Inside, the villa is divided over two levels. All rooms have air conditioning. The upper main level includes a bright and spacious living room, a dining area with beautiful sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Dulce Gusto coffee machine. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet.



The ground floor features a large living room and direct access to the pool terrace, a small kitchenette, and two bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also an additional bedroom adjacent to the garage with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink (no shower).



For extra entertainment, the villa offers a table tennis table and a game room equipped with a dartboard, football table, and pool table. Private parking is available on the property.

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.

2: Two (2) pets are allowed. This adds an extra fee of €50.

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

7: There is construction near the house, which can cause noise pollution during the day.
