    If you’re looking for a great place to get away from it all, Real Ifach – Axan is the perfect opportunity. This recently new build 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is a great place to bring the family for a gathering.



    Wondering what to bring on your vacation, well with this beauty you just pack your clothes and we provide everything else. Real Ifach – Anja’s open floor plan features a stylish living with tasteful decor and all new luxury furnishings and dining room, and an updated gourmet kitchen with all the important appliances. So whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen or unwind in the living room with a good movie on the flat screen TV.



    After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the two cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Spacious wardrobes to store your belongings and air conditioning with cooling and heating function can be found in both bedrooms. One bedroom has a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom is in the hallway and is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

het is een prachtig appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal voor 4 personen

vanaf het appartement kun je alle kanten uit met de fiets. heel centraal gelegen. de fietsen kunnen niet worden opgeladen in de berging of garage.

Rustig gelegen & volledig uitgerust appartement met mooi uitzicht op Calpe

Als gezin met 2 kinderen waren we heel tevreden en comfortabel in dit appartement. Wij houden van rust & dit vonden we hier helemaal. Op 5 min ben je met de auto op de promenade/strand/winkels van Calpe. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad was ook heel fijn met zelfs een aantal ligbedjes. Voor ons de ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Bedankt voor het aperitiefje dat voor ons klaar stond. De garage in en uitrijden had iets praktischer geweest met een afstandsbediening (of dit misschien even te vermelden).

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung. So würde man sich auch zu Hause einrichten. Evtl. könnten die Matratzen mal erneuert werden, fanden sie etwas weich.

Dit pareltje 10 minuten met de auto buiten calpe in de bergen .het appartement ontbreekt je aan niks. Alle kamers voorzien van airco volledig ingerichte keuken. Het uitzicht vanaf het heerlijke balkon is fantastisch je kijkt op Calpe stad en volledig zeezicht. Heb je geen zin in strand dan beschikt dit complex over een heerlijk zwembad met genoeg ligstoelen. De auto kan je fijn onder het complex binnen parkeren. ️️

Vistas espectaculares al peñon y a 5 min en coche del bullicio si lo buscas

El apartamento está fenomenal. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares al peñón desde la cocina desde el salón y desde la habitación de matrimonio. La habitación segunda tiene dos camas que personalmente las veo un poco estrechas y me han comentado mis hijos que el colchón era demasiado blando. Pero por todo lo demás tanto utensilios de cocina como decoración como vistas como limpieza un 10. Está en una zona aislado del bullicio pero con el coche en cinco minutos te plantas en las dos playas Arenal bol y la fosa. Personalmente para mí es ideal ya que me gusta estar en tranquilidad disfrutando de las vistas del mar y sin los agobios de la gente . Las dos camas de la habitación segunda

Tranquilidad y buen gusto

Apartamento precioso y bien equipado, ideal para descansar lejos del bullicio de Calpe, pero a pocos minutos en coche de playas, restaurantes... Un microondas estaria genial.
