Mantenimiento Mejorable

El precio del piso es algo más barato que la competencia, pero el estado del mismo no, tapas del WC no se mantienen arriba, el aire acondicionado no termina de enfriar bien, la limpieza era mejorable, los filtros del aire estaban llenos de polvo, la terraza de entregó sin limpiar. La puerta de entrada no abre bien y la del piso se atasca y es muy difícil de cerrar. Menaje abundante y equipación correcta.
