Nice apartment on the first line of Arenal beach, with lateral views of the sea, in the Porto Azul residential area. Modern and new with brand new furniture. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living-dining room with TV and 2 sofas (a double sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub, separate kitchen (without dishwasher) and terrace with sea views from the 14th floor.
Unbeatable location. It has air conditioning and WIFI. Parking included in the price.
Arenal-Bol beach has more than a kilometer of fine, golden sand and transparent waters, dotted with small palm trees that give a special appeal to this urban beach, one of the busiest in Calpe. Enjoy its lively promenade that has countless services, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, etc. and shops of all kinds in a very careful and comfortable environment.
In the summer it has an adapted area with different services to facilitate bathing for people with reduced mobility.
