Located in the municipality of Calonge, on the Costa Brava, just 10 minutes by car from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the town centre.

Main floor:

Entrance hall.
A living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen.
A double bedroom with a wood-burning fireplace and private bathroom with shower and bathtub. (This room is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.) Option to add an extra bed.

Upper floor:

Entrance hall.
Two bathrooms with shower.
A double bedroom with private terrace.
A double bedroom with terrace.
A double bedroom with terrace.

Lower floor:

A small laundry area.
A large bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, with the option to add 3 extra beds.

Outdoor areas:

Parking.
Barbecue and dining area.
Swimming pool and chill-out area.
Lower garden with dining area and clothesline.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but can be arranged with the property:

·Final cleaning: €210 / maximum 9 hours of work (You can book this service with us or do the cleaning yourself)
·Bed linen and shower towels: €15 for 2 nights / €20 for more than 2 nights (price per person). You can book these with us or bring your own.
·Beach towel: €5 per person.
·Pets: €40 per pet for the entire stay (This service must be booked when staying with pets.)

UPON KEY HANDOVER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY:

-The tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night, for guests aged 16 and over. (Payment can be made by card or in cash)
-Any outstanding booked extras. (Payment can be made by card or in cash)
-The final rental payment, if this has been agreed. (Payment must be made in cash only)
-Damage deposit: €500 (Payment must be made by card only)

The damage deposit will be returned after the property has been inspected, approximately 7 days after departure, provided that no damage or defects are found. If any damage is found, it will be photographed and sent to the guest together with a quotation for the required repairs, informing them of the amount due. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the retained deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 10:00 a.m.
For dates outside the high season, flexible check-in and check-out times may be discussed.

House rules

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in financial penalties and, if necessary, immediate eviction from the property by the police or the owners.

Cleaning and maintenance

Final cleaning is mandatory. The house must be left clean and tidy (this service can be booked with the property).
The use of bed linen is mandatory (also available to book with the property). Sleeping bags and disposable sheets are not permitted.
Waste must be disposed of in the recycling containers located at the entrance to the property. Please recycle according to local municipal regulations.
Any damage caused during the stay must be reported.

Noise and respect for neighbours

The use of music outdoors is prohibited.
Outdoor sound (conversations, moderate music, etc.) is permitted only between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Guests must use the property, utilities and surrounding area responsibly and respectfully.

Pool and outdoor areas

Before using the swimming pool, guests must shower and remove any body cream.
Only charcoal may be used in the outdoor barbecue (no firewood).
Nothing may be driven or stuck into the ground in the garden (for example, tents must be secured with weights).
The use of small plastic items outdoors is prohibited (confetti, flower petals, cigarette butts, etc.).

Occupancy and visitors

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is permitted.
Visitors who use the property must pay an additional fee, to be determined according to the season.
These visitors are not permitted to stay overnight at the property.

Pets

Any stay with pets must be communicated in advance.

Safety and other rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Charging electric vehicles is prohibited. The parking area is under video surveillance.
Access to the roof areas is prohibited.
Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
The check-out time must be respected, no later than 10:00 a.m.
The air conditioning or heating must not be used with doors or windows open.
