Airport shuttle was good and easy to find. Room was clean but the bathroom floor was very cold. Breakfast area was messy. Microwave in breakfast area was dirty inside. Garbage on ground by main door. Poor first impression!

Spacious, well appointed room has comfortable beds. Great location attached to West Edmonton Mall. Perfect for staycation with family. No outdoor plugs for cars in winter.
