It sounds like you found a cozy retreat for your getaway! Having a fully fenced yard is such a convenience, especially when traveling with pets. And being able to explore national parks while knowing your furry friends are safe back at the cabin must have been a relief. Hi Jasmine, thanks for your feedback. We'll take a look at the fencing. When you called our office to suggest you had bed bugs, you were in fact advised that all bedding is professionally laundered between guests and to perhaps try a different bed to the one you had been using to see if that made a difference. It was also suggested to you that you are in an extremely bushy location and a number of insects/bugs are common so we cannot rule this out. We have had many guests prior to your stay and solid bookings following your stay and haven't had anyone else with this problem. We would expect reports of the same nature if this was in fact an issue of bed bugs.
