    Welcome to Barefoot Bay House, a relaxed coastal escape in Callala Bay, just a 10-minute walk to the white sands of Jervis Bay.

    This is the kind of place where the days fall into an easy rhythm — morning walks to the water, long afternoons at the beach, and evenings back home with everyone settled in and switched off.

    Set up for up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the home gives you the space to spread out without losing that sense of being together. It works equally well for families or two groups sharing, with multiple smart TVs so everyone can break off when they want, and come back together just as easily.

    The home itself feels fresh, modern, and immaculately presented, with a light, coastal style throughout. Think plantation shutters, soft natural tones, and beautifully styled interiors that feel calm the moment you walk in.

    The kitchen is a standout — sleek, well-finished, and centred around a proper espresso machine — making slow mornings and long breakfasts part of the routine, not an afterthought.

    Comfort is covered year-round with ducted air conditioning throughout, keeping the whole house cool during those warm coastal days.

    Outdoors, the fully enclosed backyard makes a real difference, especially for families. Kids can play safely, while the adults settle into a barbecue and outdoor dining without needing to think twice.

    - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
    - Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
    - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
    - For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front yard, side gate/electrical meter box and front door/lockboxes. They will be on during your stay.
    - Fencing: The property is fully fenced at the rear. The front garden is unfenced.

    - For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
