  • Welcome to our modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit! Our property is ideal for business professionals coming for medium-term stays who need a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

    Our property offers safe off-street parking, as well as keyless entry for added convenience and security. Inside, you'll find comfortable and modern furnishings to help you relax after a long day at work. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and is one unit in a side-by-side standalone duplex.

    Despite being located in a quiet area, our property is conveniently situated just minutes away from major highway I-75, making it easy to get around. The property is only 5 minutes from Gordon Healthcare, and just 10 minutes to downtown Calhoun, where you'll find a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

    As business professionals ourselves, we understand the importance of certain amenities for our guests. That's why we offer:
    -in-house laundry facilities
    -an iron and ironing board
    -fast wifi for working or surfing
    -smart TV for unwinding and relaxing
    -complimentary starter supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, kitchen and hand soaps, shampoo and body wash

    We require:
    - Signed rental agreement (same info as is in our listing and house rules, no surprises!)
    - ID
    - Background/credit check for stays >30 days (soft pull on your credit, and we pay for the check)
    - Prior approval for pets
    - Prior approval for guests under the age of 21

    ====PAYMENT STRUCTURE====
    We understand that you may not want to pay for all 3 months on day 1! Since we are set up for longer term bookings, we have our payment structure set up to collect only 25% of the booking up front. After you complete the booking requirements, we will set up a monthly payment schedule with you similar to a long term rental structure.

This was a nice property. It was obviously well taken care of. It was clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were spacious with regular sized closets and the bed was comfortable. Granted, it was a duplex in a neighborhood but there were zero issues and everyone we encountered was friendly. We never felt not safe. The WiFi handled all of our devices and the tv with no slowdown at all. Only thing I would fix would be the ability to open the back door fully. It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog and the large backyard was a plus.

We had a wonderful month long stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and the outdoor space was beautiful especially the deer! Our host was very friendly and attentive.
