The new, modern apartment for 2–3 guests features open, light-filled spaces and is about 40 m². The spacious stone pine bedroom faces south, offering restful sleep with views of the pool and vineyards. There’s an open shower with panoramic views and a private, covered terrace with direct access to the pool and sunbathing lawn. The apartment will be available from spring 2026. Currently, only renderings are shown; photos will be added after completion.
Our farm is set in a quiet, sunny spot surrounded by greenery on the edge of Kaltern. You can reach the village center in just 5 minutes on foot—perfect for combining nature and village life.
All our bright, lovingly furnished apartments face south and offer panoramic views of our pool, our own vineyards, and the surrounding landscape. Sunlit rooms create a holiday mood from the moment you wake up.
