Charming villa with a garden on three sides, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals or aperitifs under the gazebo surrounded by olive trees and the scents of Tuscany. Just steps from the village of Calci in beautiful Valgraziosa, the house offers spacious interiors: living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor; sleeping area upstairs with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. It's the ideal base for discovering Tuscany, from Pisa and Florence to the beaches of Versilia and the Etruscan Coast.



Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, both with double beds for maximum comfort. The main bathroom on this floor has a bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a second guest bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, and a kitchen with everything you need.
