It is composed as follows: - Living room kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm with in a row 1 room with 2 beds 90x190 cm - Shower room - WC - Terrace of 25 m² - Shared garden of 3800 m² - Swimming pool heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, shared with the other rental and with the owners (5.5 m. x15 m.), access closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and after 9 p.m., secured by an alarm - Spa for 8 people shared by both gîtes, access closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and after 9 p.m. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental contract - Petanque ground - Garden furniture - Deckchairs (4) - Barbecue - Parking - Washing machine shared with the gîte 25152 - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Hair dryer - Wi-Fi - Beds made up on arrival An apartment with a swimming pool and spa, facing the sea!
