Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit paradiesischer Aussicht. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden am liebsten als Dauermieter einziehen. Sehr schön gelegene gut ausgestattete Villa mit sehr großem Grundstück, Pool (ca. 5x10) und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge, Schnorchel-Trips, Schwimm-Touren (nur für gute Schwimmer) sind garantiert. Einlass (Rampe) für unser Gummiboot vorhanden.Für Baden und Spielen mit kleinen Kindern ist der vorhandene Felsstrand ungeeignet. Hierfür stehen zwei Sandstrände in der Nähe (ca. 2km und ca. 5 km) zur Verfügung. Anfahrten zu den bekanntesten Wanderungen jeweils 1 ¼ Stunde mit dem Auto. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ajaccio (ca 30 Min mit dem Auto). Gute freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Maison en tous point exceptionnelle... Tant à l'intérieur (rien ne manque) qu'à l'extérieur où la vue est SUBLIME... Le coucher de soleil à l'heure de l'apéro n'est pas prêt de quitter ma mémoire... TOUT était parfait, la crique de galets à 10 mètres de la maison, la piscine chauffée et le propriétaire très accueillant... Je n'ai qu'un souhait... y revenir!!!

Nicht schlecht aber sehr überbewertet

Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven: das Haus hatte einen wunderbaren Blick über das Mittelmeer mit direktem Meerzugang. Hier muss allerdings extrem auf Seeigel geachtet werden. Mit Schlauchboot oder Paddel ist das Ganze ein großer Spaß. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beschränken sich auf einen kleinen Spar, um richtig einzukaufen muss man immerhin 40min bis nach Ajaccio fahren. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, in einem eher unbekannten Ort, eine halbe Stunde Fußweg vom nächsten Strand entfernt, wo kleine Billighotels die Umgebung ausmachen. Der Vermieter war außerdem eine absolute Zumutung. Die Sache, so penetrant auf die französische Sprache zu bestehen ist das Eine, eine andere Sache ist es aber, eigenmächtig einen neuen Vertrag aufzustellen und noch einmal über xxx Euro einzufordern, wovon xxEuro unerklärlich bleiben. Die restliche Summe verteilt sich auf 6 Personen für Bettbezug und Handtücher. Zusätzliches Betten beziehen und abbeziehen ist sicher nur eine kleine Arbeit, sollte für den Preis des Hauses allerdings inbegriffen sein. Die Spülmaschine hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert, dieses Problem kann aber sicher vom Vermieter behoben werden. Auch wollte er eine Kaution für 1 Woche in Höhe von Euro. Davon war aber vorher nie die Rede. Zum Glück ist unsere Tochter dem Französischen mächtig, so dass sie es abwenden konnte. Ein Tipp. Lassen Sie sich den Vertrag in Englisch zukommen. Macht der Vermieter es nicht und Sie können nicht perfekt Französisch, dann suchen Sie sich ein anderes Haus. Überschwängliche Bewertungen nützen dem nächsten Mieter sicher nichts.

La seule surprise que nous avons eu a été que le lieu, extérieur comme intérieur, est au-delà de ce que nous avions imaginé. Et pourtant nous connaissons très bien le coin. Une maison qu’il est difficile de quitter, et que l’on rêverait de posséder. Un propriétaire qui prend son temps pour expliquer le fonctionnement d’une maison remarquablement entretenue et parfaitement équipée. Merci pour tous les bons moments que nous avons pu y passer.

Enjoyable family experience.

Four adults and 2 children enjoyed this property very much. It is well appointed, clean, and with a great view. A few steps lead down to the water, but the shore is rocky, there is no beach (but there is a very nice beach nearby). Some basic shops and a handful of restaurants are a short drive away. M. Campinchi only communicates in French, which made correspondence and conversation somewhat awkward for us who speak English. He insisted on meeting us late in the afternoon (at 5pm), which meant we had to waste quite a bit of time before checking in. The check-in process was tiresome, consuming more than an hour and a half in the heat of the afternoon and after a day of exhausting traveling. It would have been more efficient to have a multi-lingual brochure ready for guests to explain all the features of this villa and its equipment. Our stay was very pleasant, and the efficient air conditioning provided a welcome refuge from the heat wave at that time.

Very nice location of the house and the house itself is perfect!

We found everything in a clean and perfect condition - it can not be better. The pool is heated and the kids loved it. We can recommend it during off-season too!
