"Booked a 'comfort' room . Was the most uncomfortable bed. Hard as rocks. So neither of us slept. At 7am dustbin lorry came past it sounded like an aeroplane. Hotel on narrow road and room overlooked road. We were awake anyway. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Cappuccino cups were tiny more like espresso cups. No yoghurt . Fruit in salad was bruised. Bread rolls a bit hard. Room was hot were told only hot air comes our of aircon unit. Why? Fortunately large window opened so we could cool room...

"Breakfast was good! Lounge/barc restaurant was not so good (however they did correct their mistake in the end). Location was not very close to the center square, kind of remote from most things. Although it is walkable if you are capable. Would recommend staying closer to more amenities if we were to stay again. "

"Amazing location, very close to olbia town centre and port. Comfortable and clean room. Only issue was that the owner of the property didn’t get in touch until midnight before our stay which was quite stressful as it says on the booking information they will get in touch 72 hours before our stay. Other than this we had a great stay, highly recommend. "

"We had 2 suites everything was okay. One thing that was a downfall was the bathroom there was not an actual shower it was a tub and it was too high to get in it. Besides everything was great. Breakfast was the same thing every day after eating eggs small hotdogs, bacon and grill tomato’s the first day I thought the other days would have been variety of other stuff. Besides everything was ok, staff was super nice from front desk to cleaning staff."
