I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.
