Beautiful, comfortable single-family house, 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.2 km from the sea, 2.2 km from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular, fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Patio, pergola, barbecue, single garage, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 550 m, bar, café, bus stop 1.9 km, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 2.1 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 61 km, Sitges 22 km, Tarragona 40 km, Port Aventura 53 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
