When I realized I had booked the wrong date (Itinerary No. 73406343763019), I tried multiple times to correct it through Expedia and was told no changes or refunds were possible. What is concerning is that the issue was ultimately resolved by Jennifer Hernandez at the front desk of Comfort Suites in San Marcos, not Expedia. She took the initiative to contact your agents and successfully corrected the reservation. After over 45 years of travel, this level of service is rare. "The woman at the front counter in the AM on 4/5/26 was very professional and attentive. I did not catch her name but she made the stay very earming and we felt like part she was concerned with any of my needs. My family really enjoyed our stay."

One of the elevators went down twice When I went to check out the front desk girl was on her phone looked up at as if I was bothering her, told her I was checking out handed her the keys she said nothing.
