"Excellent communication. I requested new pool cues because the two available were broken, and the next day I found two new ones. An employee was in the elevator when I entered, he asked me what floor I was going to, I thought he was going up too, but no, he pressed the button for my floor, wished me a good day, and left. I'd never experienced such courtesy. We were able to check in two hours early. Great service at Starbucks, at the bar in the pool and the restaurant. Thank you all!"

"My family and I enjoyed a 4-night stay recently. Our flight got in early and we were able to do an early check-in since our room was available. We were able to kick-start our little mini-vacation quickly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast at the restaurant was very convenient and good quality food. We opted not to do buffet and order from a menu...which is a huge positive for us! The staff at the restaurant was superb! They were hardworking and efficient. Cleanliness was spot-on! Housekeeping staff did an amazing job replenishing anything we needed. Front desk staff extremely helpful and kind! "
