We did not have a car but I noted there was ample shady parking, nearest station for the train is Pinutu which is by the beach A fabulous base for the beautiful seaside resort of Calvi "

"The outside space is the highlight of this property. There is plenty of shade and a really good sized pool. We enjoyed games of table tennis as well as walking down the steps to the rocks and swimming and snorkelling in the clear waters. The views are stunning and the photos don’t do it justice, the colours change across the day and you just can’t tire of it. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and there is good air conditioning throughout. Georges was responsive to any issues and queries. He lived above the property but there was no issue with this at all for us. Local beaches are great as is the town of Cargèse. "

"A very nice hotel in Calvi. We stayed 2 nights there in order to discover Calvi and make a little side trip with the Corsican Railways (Caminu di Feru a di Corscia) – very recommended! Very nice room, spacious and very clean. The brerakfast was very nice. The hotel has a wonderful small pool."

"We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations. Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water slide about 100 times. Things to note. You have to bring everything down to your hand soap to pool towels. The nice thing is that the store on the property is very reasonably priced and has everything you would need. We would return! "

Advertised Grill and Washer But filthy and rusted & located in dusty, cobwebbed filled basement w/ dirt floor w/ exterior entrance w/access down steps overgrown w/ weeds and extremely dangerous. Host refused to meet us at house to answer questions"because he had childcare obligations". "
