"The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for. Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well. We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style. Great stay but please don’t forget the ladies
"Great location, attentive and warm staff, great facilities and the best breakfast selection I’ve ever seen. One gripe however; I asked for feminine hygiene products from reception, being caught off-guard at 3am, and they had nothing available. Combs, shoeshines, toiletries, shower caps, but not one tampon in the entire establishment. With such a large complex and it being adults only; you really need to cater for your female customers. Period products aren’t a luxury they’re a necessity and it would be nice to have the peace of mind, especially given how many other ‘things’ are held for customer’s convenience, on-site. All in all a wonderful stay and perfect for a solo traveller. The masseuse was an utterly wonderful human and i highly recommend booking a massage and facial. "
