"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "

"Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "

"Apartment was as advertised - modern and clean however the staff were so rude and intimidating. Anything you asked of them seemed to be a huge inconvenience and they would snigger and laugh as you between themselves. It really ruined my experience in the hotel. The hotel itself was nice with good pool and facilities but honestly the staff were so rude I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. "

"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. "We spend our vacation in this house every summer. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Playa Cristal with a range of restaurants just around the corner. The house is well equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful host, perfect communication. Glad to come here again and again! "
