"Very impressive property in a beautiful location. Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. "

"At dinner, the staff were literally running to provide service as quickly as they could, but they were seriously understaffed and one meal of 3 courses took 2hrs45min. Most of them remained very friendly, but some were obviously frustrated. This was in low season (May), so we wouldn't have wanted to see what happens when the guest number triples or quadruples! Another thing: the room fridge didn't work- but it was quickly replaced. The food: a few very good dishes, several much too heavy ones. In general, excellent amenities, beautiful site."

"Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"

"Hotel clean and functional, but rather dated as other reviews mention. Plenty of secure parking available on site off-season. Pool area looked okay, but didn't take advantage. Breakfast not of great quality, and breakfast supervisor man rather hostile and peculiar, overly protective over his seating arrangements with multiple guests being relocated having sat at the "wrong table"."
