"The hotel was wonderful, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was even nicer than it looked online. Breakfast was great and both pool areas were really nice. There’s also a taxi rank just across from the hotel which is very convenient!"

"The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"

"Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff - absolutely wonderful. Each and every person I spoke to, helped me or that I even walked past was very friendly, polite and welcoming. They were always on hand when I needed something and went over and beyond my expectations. For example, I don’t like cats and the staff made sure the cat near the restaurant stayed away from me. Cleanliness - the hotel was extremely clean and couldn’t spot a single issue. My room was clean on arrival and cleaned to perfection each day. The pool, the private beach, the cabanas were all spotless. If I ever needed something like a towel, in the extreme rare case it wasn’t available, I’d send a WhatsApp message and someone would bring them. Amenities - the view from the hotel, the pool, the beach and the cabana was amazing. Facing the water was a nice way to spend the day. I went to the spa and was amazed. I didn’t realise it would basically be private use if the whole spa. The message was heavenly too! Food - I stayed on site the whole time and the food options were great. Breakfast was a buffet but table service where you’re brought a spread and then can order extra items on top (as much as you want)! I ate at the restaurant once, and whilst not my favourite it was still good. The room service/pool service food was delicious and had plenty of options. I’ve run out of characters but honestly, I’d recommend. Amazing experience, I’ll definitely be back!"

"This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing."

"not wait to return! I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day! The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans! Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm. SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained. Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar. Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff. 10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!"

"Excellent hotel – everything was wonderful! The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the city center and within walking distance of the beach. It is also conveniently located only about a 10-minute walk from the main bus terminal. Our room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary open-buffet breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious food. Special thanks to the buffet chef for the excellent meals and outstanding service. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the owner, Ms. Hümeyra, who was extremely helpful and treated us with great kindness and hospitality. Many thanks as well to Mr. Rıdvan at the front desk, who made our check-in process smooth, quick, and pleasant. The entire hotel staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Bodrum. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay."
