Great hotel in Safe Location
This hotel was very pleasant and made our trip to Egypt memorable. The staff was great, the roombclean and the breakfast buffet terrific. It is in a safe environment which is paramount in Egypt. We were here as a member of a tour group and happy they chose this hotel as our base. There are a half dozen restuaurants adjacent to the hotel grounds which made it very convenient.

The location was very good but staff they don’t care I have to ask for towel many times and sometime room service dont answer the phone and never call back if I need to eat at night My flight delayed and I lost one night did not even try to listen or compromise

My room heater was not working. After letting them they said they will look for it. We had to call 7-8 times. Each time we were told we will be given a new room. Finally got a new room on next day. Also each day the rooms comes with 2 tiny small water bottle. They kindda force people to buy water from their restaurant at high price. This kind of cheap things is not acceptable from big hotel. The parking is not free I had a problem in my key, I wasn’t able to open the door, for 4 days the service team keep promising it will be repaired and when I ask to switch the room my request been ignored

Curtain was not properly fixed can’t close at all I asked for an adapter and it was not provided Pull tab to block the sink was broken Specially and more important I paid for one night although I was planning to do my check in the next day at 4 am and while booking I just requested as gesture to have a late checkout but when I requested for that I was requested to pay for it

Nice location and services
The hotel has a good location. There are many coffees and restaurants under the building. The entrance was not easy to reached by the taxi driver. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The room was clean.
