Clean room and staff was great. Mohammed and Abdul were amazing the entire stay. They both made sure we had transportation to each destination and back. They showed us the different Bazaars, Restaurants, and some other stores as well. It was a great experience overall. They are very kid friendly as well which was a huge PLUS for us.

The staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and small, but nice. Outside the hotel is dirty and noisy with lots of stray dogs but so is the rest of Egypt.

I want to thank Kareem, Mohammad and meda for taking good care of me and showing me how incredible Cairo is. My experience in Egypt is one I’ll never forget. From the amazing food to the amazing room and service. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Tour guide was there and ready for me as soon as I arrived and my first adventure was a good one. And it just continued to get better everyday. Thanks again guys and will recommend this hotel and staff to everyone I know!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pyramifs Moon Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. But the cherry on top was Mohamed, who went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, always ready to help and very communicative. His hospitality made all the difference, which is hard to find sometimes when traveling. I’d absolutely stay here again without a doubt and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
