Premier Inn in Cairnryan

"I have honestly never stayed in such a shabby hotel. The standards were way below average. Dirty, old, smelly and so outdated I doubt it's been decorated since the mid 80s. The only saving grace was the livelychap from Hungary on reception who did his best to help. I cant say the same for the receptionist who couldnt care less when I checked out and proceeeded to go for a smoke right outside the door! Portpatrick is a lovely place but unfortunately the windows in this hotel were so filthy I couldn't take in the view. Avoid this place! I wish I had..."

"Lovely modern bedroom with beautiful view. Staff were very eager to please. Main areas felt tired. Limited menu and wine list, bit uninspiring. "
