This charming 129 m² air-conditioned house with private pool in Cairanne can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 43 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 900 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 43 m² adjoining living room with sitting area, sofas and TV, a reading area with two armchairs and a bookcase.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard, shower room with shower and WC and access to the terrace.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard and a shower room with shower and WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 3.50x7m and 1.40m deep. Open only from April to the end of October. Roller shutter security system.
- A beautiful 900 m² enclosed garden

The house is ideally located in Cairanne, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
