Dinner is always delicious, breakfast has good options. The service is prompt and kind. The location is perfect for biz travelers as well as tourists who want to see all but stay away from the crowds amd confusion."

"NO ELEVATOR, AT MY CHECK OUT THE DESK FRONT PERSONNEL RUFUSED TO HELP ME OUT TO DROP OFF MY LUGGAGE FROM THE 3RD FLOOR. THE BUILDING IS UNDER A WHOLE REMODELATION, THE PICS DONT REFLECT THE REAL CONDITION AND NATURE OF THE ROOMS AND THE REST OF THE HOTEL. GOOD LOCATION INDEED. "

"The accommodation was nice, but checking in/speaking to reception took ages because of a lack of staff. It took 2 requests to get an extra pillow because they only provided 3 pillows for the two of us. The main issue, though, was the wifi. It didn't work on my laptop, even when I created a new account with a different email address. It kept telling me to reset my password to access the internet, even after I just had. I emailed support about it and didn't hear back."
