You can find taxi stands in central areas; some taxis are informal, so it's recommended to agree on the fare before starting your trip or ensure the taxi uses the meter if it is a red taxi with yellow license plates (official taxis). Additionally, our concierge can arrange taxis for you at a fair rate.

The local bus system in Cahuita is reliable and affordable. You can take buses to nearby towns or attractions from the main bus station, located about **600 meters from the house**.
