With its 6 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for bringing family or friends together, whether for holidays or during events organised nearby (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, family reunions...).
It can also be very suitable for business trips with its dedicated workspaces.

House rules – Penalties for non-compliance

In order to guarantee comfort and cleanliness for all, a flat rate of €50 will be charged in the following cases:

> No smoking inside: any smell or trace of tobacco will automatically result in the application of the package.

> Barbecue not cleaned after use: please empty it and leave it clean for future guests.

> Laundry stained or rendered unusable (sheets, towels, cushion covers, etc.).

> Failure to comply with the departure instructions indicated in the welcome booklet:

- Dishes not done or left dirty,

- Unemptied rubbish bins,

- Accommodation left in an abnormal state of disorder.

This fee is independent of any additional costs in the event of more serious damage requiring replacement or repair.
