A historic 11th-century building, featuring a separate room with private entrance and private bathroom, completely renovated, retaining the charm of the original stone and wood structure, with wooden walls and floors, and 12th-century arches and capitals, including an antique painted French-style bed, a fully renovated in-room bathroom with a spacious adjacent shower, and located right next to Cagliari’s historic cathedral. You’ll find yourself in the oldest, most central, quietest, most tourist-friendly, and most scenic area in the entire city! Outside the building, next to the cathedral, you can admire the breathtaking view of the entire city all the way to the sea! The area is located above Cagliari’s nightlife district; two convenient panoramic lifts will take you to the heart of the city—amidst the restaurants—in just one minute, and it’s a 1-minute walk from the house, where you’ll return after dinner or shopping, in the upper part of the city—without having to walk!! The area is very peaceful and quiet, right next to the Prefecture and the police station. This historic area will enchant you!
