The apartment, recently renovated, is located in the heart of the historic center in the highest part of the MARINA district. It is very bright and panoramic. It is equipped with air conditioning, WI FI, 40 "LED TV, washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer. Composed of: passage, large double bedroom, living room, independent kitchen with electric oven, bathroom with shower. From the large L-shaped balcony (6 + 6 meters) you can admire the Gulf of Cagliari overlooking the sea and the mountains of Pula, Sarroch and Capoterra. In five minutes on foot you can reach the port, the railway station, suburban buses and all the urban bus lines that serve the city and the hinterland (line M, line 1, line 3, line 5, line 6, line 10, line Q, line 3P) and the beautiful Poetto beach (10 km of white sand, with free toilets and showers) and the airport shuttle bus (which is about 4 km away). 5 minutes from the main theaters, museums and cinemas. In the neighborhood there are the most renowned restaurants and clubs in the city. The area is limited traffic. Within a radius of 200 meters there are pharmacies, banks, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, public gardens, fast food restaurants and the civic market of San Benedetto.

Great holidays!
It was great time for me and my friends in Sardinia. The apartament was nice- big, clean, cosy and superb located. It was pleasure for me to meet Luciano- owner of a house. He take care of everything, to make our holidays the best.

Nette Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Cagliari
Dieser Aufenthalt wird mir nicht zuletzt wegen des ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümers ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Zustand der Altbauwohnung ist sehr gut und mit der in zwei Räumen eingebauten Klimaanlage kann man auch im Sommer einen kühlen Kopf bewahren. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung sind mühelos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Gesamtkonzept!! Werde bestimmt irgendwann zurückkommen.

Abbiamo avuto una grande vacanza con spiagge, vita notturna e visite a Cagliari. L'appartamento è situato nel cuore del centro storico della città e anche vicino a tutto ciò che si può visitare di interessante e divertente. La descrizione dell'appartamento è completamente compatibile con l'annuncio e tutto funziona bene. Tante grazie per la calorosa accoglienza Luciano!

Séjour très agréable.
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la ville, nous pouvons tout visiter à pied. Il est très calme et bien sécurisé.
Luciano est très accueillant et disponible. Il est venu et nous a reconduit à l'aéroport.
Il répond aisément et rapidement à nos questions. Nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir au besoin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im historischen Zentrum
Wir haben Luciano's Gastfreundschaft und Zuwendung von Anfang an genossen: er hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt, in der Wohnung hat er uns mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Später hat er uns Plätze mit besonderem Ausblick auf Cagliari gezeigt.
Die sehr helle Ferienwohnung hat Meeresblick auf den Hafen von Cagliari, beide Räume haben je eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen DSL-Router mit aktivem Firewall in der Wohnung.
Luciano hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt, wir waren mit ihm während unserer letzten Nacht zum Essen gegangen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für Deine Gastfreundschaft, Luciano!

Nice vacation in the historical center of Cagliari
We experienced Luciano's hospitality and care from the beginning: he picked us up
at the airport, and in his apartment a bottle of welcome wine waited for us.
Later he made a trip with us to places having a special view to Cagliary that is normally unknown for tourists...
The nice, clean apartment has a view to the harbour and is very light; both rooms are equipped with air condition. There is also a DSL router with active firewall in the apartment.
Luciano fulfilled every wish of ours, we also went out to eat with him during our last evening. Thank you Luciano for your hospitality and friendliness!

15 JOURS DE REVE A CAGLIARI
Merci à Luciano pour son chaleureux accueil. La description de l'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce et tout fonctionne....
L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur du centre historique de la ville et également proche des stations du bus qui vont à la plage du Poetto (10' de bus) ou vers les autres destinations de la sardaigne (notamment les plages de Villasimius et Chia). Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances entre plages, visites et vie nocturne à Cagliari.
