Comfy and functional
Breakfast is served in the cafe opposite the building. It is more like a shop where you can ask for a coffee and a pasty to go rather than a breakfast restaurant and with no sitting space. The room was very nice for an overnight stay but possibly a little crammed for evening enjoyment

チェントロにあり、主要所はすべて徒歩で観光できました。少し坂を上った所にあるので、大きな荷物がある場合は移動が少し大変かもしれませんが、観光のアクセスは抜群です。室内は最低限の広さですが清潔で新しく、完全に独立したアパートの一室、とても過ごしやすかったです。 通りの向かいのオーナーファミリーが経営しているバールで、地元の人に交じって朝食を頂きます。チェックイン/チェックアウト諸々は全てバールで行いました。

立地場所は良いが地図だけでは夜は探すのに苦労
夜着いたので、場所を見つけるのに苦労した。しかし、翌朝、周辺を見て回ると、町の中心の広場から繋がる通りで、立地条件は素晴らしいことが、分かった。ベルがなかったので、電話をかけると、近くから鍵を持ってきてくれた。前のカフェと関係があり、朝食と鍵はそことやりとりする。部屋は綺麗て、良かった。

Bien placé et propre
Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'une chambre dans un immeuble d'habitation. Il faut donc prendre ses précautions et convenir avec la propriétaire des modalités de la remise des clés. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal pour tout faire: visites, shopping, pas loin de la gare également. La chambre était très propre et assez grande pour une personne. Pour ce qui est du confort j'ai eu un peu de mal avec le matelas mais c'est peut-être personnel. Pour le reste c'est calme mais la proximité de l'ascenseur invite à utiliser des bouchons d'oreilles car la chambre est juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar en face à la décoration historique et avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et chaleureux. Il se compose d'une boisson chaude et d'une pâtisserie. je vous incite à goûter les meringa...c'est à se damner.

Super schönes Zimmer in der Altstadt
War ein super Aufenthalt in Mitten der Altstadt. Alles (Restaurants, Bars, Shops) ist in fußnähe erreichbar! Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet! Das Frühstück besteht aus süßem Gebäck und leckeren Kaffee, welches man gleich gegenüber beim Café Tramer bekommt. Parken kann man für ca. € 6,00 am Tag im Parkhaus "Parcheggio Regina Elena", in ca. 7 Minuten ist man beim Hotel!

Très belle chambre idéalement située
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce B&B idéalement situé près du centre de Cagliari. Le petit-déjeuner a été pris en face dans un café typique. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. SDB agréable.
