Giardini 47 is an apartment in the heart of the historic district of Vilanova. Located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, you will have the opportunity to experience the daily life of the neighborhood.
From the entrance, you access the bright open space of the LIVING AREA, characterized by parquet and exposed juniper beams. We find a comfortable double sofa bed and a 42" Smart TV
The KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need to best prepare your meals, it has:
- induction hob with 4 burners

- dishwasher

- refrigerator

The DOUBLE BEDROOM has a very comfortable double bed, with light points on both sides of the bed and switches to turn off the main light.
Connected to the double bedroom, there is a large walk-in closet.
The BATHROOM complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink and washing machine. At your disposal there will be a hairdryer and iron.
The apartment ends with a beautiful outdoor space, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors or relax on cool summer evenings.
